| Qualifications | Persons up to 45 years of age. Preferential employment terms for experienced individuals. |

Terms of employment
| Salary | To be determined per company regulations, based on factors such as age, ability, and experience. |
| Bonuses | Twice a year, in July and December. |
| Location | Ino Industry Co., Ltd offices and No. 2 Factory |
| Workday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
| Holidays | Sundays and national holidays (Saturdays per company calendar) Extended holidays in May, August, and at yearend |
